✔️ Personal electronic devices (mobile, laptop, etc.)
✔️ Approved pet carriers (as per pet-friendly ride option)
✔️ Food items (properly packed)

❌ Not Allowed in the Ride:

❌ Alcohol, drugs, or tobacco products
❌ Firearms, sharp objects, or explosives
❌ Illegal substances or contraband
❌ Large cargo, heavy machinery, or oversized packages
❌ Offensive behavior, harassment, or damage to the vehicle

⚠️ Safety & Conduct Rules:

✔️ Follow the driver’s instructions
✔️ Keep the vehicle clean; avoid littering
✔️ Use seat belts at all times
✔️ Avoid loud or inappropriate behavior
✔️ Do not smoke inside the vehicle

📦 Parcel Delivery Guidelines

✔️ Documents & letters
✔️ Small personal packages
✔️ Clothing, accessories, and non-perishable items
✔️ Sealed & approved food items

❌ Prohibited for Delivery:

❌ Cash, gold, or valuable jewelry
❌ Alcohol, drugs, or tobacco products
❌ Weapons, explosives, or flammable items
❌ Live animals, perishable goods, or illegal substances
❌ Fragile items without proper packaging

✔️ Ensure proper packaging for safe transit
✔️ Provide accurate pickup & drop-off details

✔️ The sender is responsible for verifying parcel contents
