5. Dangerous Goods and Special Services

6. Delivery Times

You must provide accurate information regarding the nature, content, and value of the goods being shipped. The goods are shipped "said to contain" based on the declaration provided by you. We do not assume responsibility for the correctness of your description. You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, losses, or legal actions arising from incorrect declarations.

All fees for services rendered by Hyzr are due at the time of shipment or as otherwise agreed upon. Any unpaid balances will be subject to interest and penalties as determined by applicable laws.
